Our role

UnitedHomesUSA is an advertising and referral service. When you request information, we may disclose the details you provide to independent real estate investors, home buyers, and service providers so they can respond. Some state laws may define particular disclosures for advertising or referral purposes as a "sale" or "sharing," even when no money is exchanged for the information itself.

Information involved

The categories that may be involved include:

• identifiers such as name, email address, phone number, and IP address;
• property and transaction details such as address, property condition, occupancy, and selling timeline;
• internet or device activity such as browser type, pages viewed, and interactions; and
• inferences or referral information associated with your request.

We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may request that we:

• confirm whether we process your personal information;
• provide access to or a copy of certain personal information;
• correct inaccurate personal information;
• delete personal information;
• opt you out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or qualifying profiling; or
• provide information about categories of data and recipients.

Submit an opt-out request

Email us using the button below with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share Request." Include your full name, email address, phone number, state of residence, and the property address associated with your request so we can locate the correct record.

Do not include a Social Security number, banking information, government identification number, or other sensitive document in your initial email.

Verification

We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and match you to our records. The information collected for verification will be used only to process the request. If we cannot verify a request, we may be unable to fulfill it.

Authorized agents

You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law. We may request proof that the agent has authority to act for you and may separately verify your identity or confirm the request with you.

Non-discrimination

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. Some services may require information to function; deleting or restricting that information may prevent us from completing a requested referral.

Appeals

If we deny your request and your state provides an appeal right, you may appeal by emailing privacy@unitedhomesusa.com with the subject "Privacy Request Appeal." Include the request date and a brief explanation.

Other choices

You can manage browser cookies through your browser settings and opt out of text messages by replying STOP. Cookie controls are browser- and device-specific and may need to be repeated if you clear cookies or use another device.
